Diagnostic Visits
Every repair starts with a diagnostic visit so we can identify the fault and give you a clear, fixed quote before any work begins. The diagnostic fee is non-refundable and covers our time, travel, and expertise.
Standard
£75 +VAT
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
We attend your property, diagnose the issue, and provide a written quote for the repair.
Evening
£150 +VAT
Monday to Friday, 5 pm to 9 pm
Same expert diagnostic, available after standard working hours for your convenience.
Weekend
£200 +VAT
Saturday and Sunday
Weekend availability for urgent issues that cannot wait until Monday.
Boiler Servicing
Regular servicing keeps your boiler safe, efficient, and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. All services include a Gas Safe certificate.
Safety Check
£95 +VAT
Visual inspection, flue-gas analysis, and Gas Safe certificate. Ideal for landlords who need a CP12.
Safety Plus Service
Most Popular
£140 +VAT
Everything in the Safety Check plus a hot-flush clean of the heat exchanger and system-pressure check. Our recommended annual service.
Full Strip-Down Service
£300 +VAT
Complete strip-down, individual component inspection, full clean, and rebuild. Recommended if your boiler has not been serviced for two or more years.

Boiler Installations
Every installation includes: removal and safe disposal of the old boiler, supply and fit of the new boiler, full system flush, Benchmark commissioning, and Building Regulations notification.
Prices start from £2,900 +VAT for a straightforward like-for-like swap. We will survey your property and provide a fixed written quote before any work begins.
Landlord Gas Safety Record (LGSR / CP12)
A legal requirement for all rented properties. We inspect every gas appliance and flue, then issue your certificate the same day.

Single appliance. Additional appliances charged at £30 +VAT each.
